All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supplier or courier issues, we’ll notify you promptly by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Fulfillment Locations
We currently ship from our fulfillment centers in the United States to provide faster delivery times and lower shipping costs for our customers.
Your order will automatically ship from the nearest available location.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.
Missing, Delayed, or Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided.
