These terms are an agreement between you and Postgrafts Ltd ("Postgrafts", "we", "us") covering your place in the Postgrafts affiliate program. By applying, you confirm you have read them and accept them. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.

You must be at least 18 years old and run an active website, social account, newsletter, podcast or clinic presence where you share content about hair, hair loss or hair transplant recovery.

We review every application ourselves and may accept or decline any application. We do not have to give a reason. If you are a doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional, tell us in your application and say so in your content.

Once approved, you receive a personal referral link through our affiliate platform. When someone clicks it, a cookie records the referral for 30 days. If they place an order in that time, the order is credited to you. When a shopper has clicked more than one affiliate link, the most recent click gets the credit.

Tracking depends on the shopper's browser keeping the cookie. Orders placed after cookies are cleared or blocked may not be tracked, and we cannot credit orders our platform did not record. If you think an order was missed, email us and we will look into it in good faith.

You earn 20% of the net value of each referred order. Net value is the amount the customer paid for products after discounts, and excludes tax, shipping, gift cards and any amount later refunded.

For subscriptions, commission is paid on the first order only. Renewals do not earn commission unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

No commission is paid on your own purchases, on orders from people in your household, or on orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or placed in breach of these terms.

Commission is approved 30 days after the order date, so refunds and cancellations can be accounted for. Approved commission is paid once a month by PayPal or bank transfer, as long as your balance has reached $50 (USD). Lower balances roll over to the next month.

If an order is refunded after its commission has been paid, we may deduct that commission from your future earnings.

You are responsible for any tax due on your commission. We may ask for tax information, such as a US Form W-9 or W-8BEN, before we pay you. Payments are made in US dollars unless we agree otherwise.

Every post, video, story or page that carries your link or promotes Postgrafts must say clearly that you earn a commission. Put the disclosure where people will see it before they click, in plain words such as "I earn a commission if you buy through my link" or "#ad". A disclosure hidden in a bio, behind a "more" button or at the end of a long video is not enough.

This is a legal requirement under the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and, in the UK, the CAP Code enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority.

Postgrafts 5% Minoxidil Topical Scalp Foam is an over-the-counter drug. What is said about it is regulated, and you share responsibility for what you post.

• Do not say the foam cures hair loss, guarantees regrowth, or works within a set time.
• Do not give medical advice, including when to start using minoxidil after a hair transplant. Point people to their surgeon or doctor.
• Only use before and after photos of yourself, or photos you have written permission to use. Do not edit them.
• Use the product information we provide in the affiliate guide. If you are unsure whether something can be said, ask us first.

You must not:

• bid on "Postgrafts" or close variations of it in paid search, or run ads that appear to come from us
• post your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites without our written approval
• send unsolicited messages or emails, or buy followers, clicks or reviews
• write reviews of Postgrafts on our store, Amazon or review sites while earning commission without disclosing it
• place your link anywhere that promotes hate, violence, illegal activity or adult content

While you are an affiliate, you may use the logos, product images and copy we provide to promote Postgrafts. You may not change them, combine them with other brands' logos, or register domains, handles or ads that include the Postgrafts name. This permission ends when you leave the program.

We will ask before reposting your content on our own channels.

You join as an independent partner. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent or representative, and you cannot make promises or agreements on our behalf.

You can leave the program at any time by emailing us. We can end your participation at any time with notice by email, or straight away if you breach these terms.

If you leave, or we end the arrangement for any reason other than a breach, valid commission you have already earned is paid within 60 days, even if it is below the payout minimum. Commission earned through activity that breaches these terms is not paid.

We may update these terms. If we make a change that affects your commission or payment, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Staying in the program after that date means you accept the updated terms.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity, or for interruptions to tracking caused by our affiliate platform or a shopper's browser. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid to you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover any loss we suffer because of content you publish in breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in the United States or another country, you keep any protection your local law gives you that cannot be waived by contract.

Postgrafts Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, is responsible for the personal information you give us through the affiliate program. For UK data protection law, we are the data controller.

• Application details: your name, email address, country, website or social handles, audience size and anything else you tell us when you apply.
• Payment and tax details: your PayPal email or bank details, and tax forms you send us.
• Performance data: clicks on your link, referred orders and their value, and the commission you have earned. You see order totals, never the names or details of the customers you refer.
• Messages: emails and messages between you and us.

We use your information to review your application, run your referral link and dashboard, calculate and pay commission, keep tax and accounting records, check that promotion follows these terms, and contact you about the program. We do not use it to market unrelated products to you without asking.

If you are in the UK or EEA, we rely on three legal bases: performing our agreement with you, meeting our legal obligations such as tax record keeping, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and keeping promotion of a regulated product compliant.

We share your information only with the companies that help us run the program: our affiliate platform, which hosts the dashboard and tracking, our payment providers, and our accountants and legal advisers. We may also share it when the law requires us to. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

When a shopper clicks your link, our affiliate platform places a cookie in their browser for 30 days so we can credit you with their order. The cookie records which affiliate referred them. It does not tell you who the shopper is.

We are based in the UK and our affiliate platform and payment providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information leaves the UK, we use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.

We keep your information for as long as you are in the program, then for six years afterwards so we can meet tax and accounting rules. If your application is declined, we delete it within 12 months.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information, and you can object to or ask us to limit how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If you live in the United States, you may have rights under your state's privacy law, including the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it and to have it deleted. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
